Life These Days

What's life like these days in Provo, you ask? Well you asked the perfect girl. Freshmen are swarming around campus. You can see "fresh high school grad" written in their eyes when you pass by them, no matter how hard they try to blink it out.

It's been a warm 100 degrees lately. I haven't done my research on it yet, but the mountain across from Utah Lake caught on fire two nights ago; the blaze was absolutely amazing. The fire stayed ablaze yesterday as well. I've yet to find out how it started.

I started making a list of all the wedding festivities I've attended this year alone.

Bridal showers

(1) Becca
(2) Allison
(3) Carrie
(4) Andelyn
(5) Patricia
(6) Karissa
(7) Ali

Wedding receptions

(1) Katie
(2) Ali
(3) Shannon
(4) Becca
(5) Andelyn

I'm sure there are more; for some reason I just can't think of them right now. Perhaps it's because there's one almost every weekend!

New music! I've been stuck on two songs for the past few days: Time to Say Goodbye by Sarah Brightman and Andrea Bocelli and We Have a Map of the Piano by Mum. If you want either of these songs, I'd be happy to gmail them to you; just let me know. I tried to put them on the blog, but it's too much of a headache doing that.

This beauty was taken at Ali Snow's wedding reception last weekend. I don't know if you can see it that well, but we're waiting to catch the bouquet and that is definitely my tongue sticking out. Why do I have so many embarrassing faces? It looks like I'm trying to catch a snowflake.

But I miss you more, so before you hurry home to Texas, hurry over to my part of town!! PS - You're the cutest girl in that picture (even though they look like they're catching a bouquet and you look like you're waiting for a worm).
